Walk and Talk therapy: Walk and talk is a more flexible, mindfulness approach to therapy. The therapy is provided on a trail or park to allow the client to embrace the beauty of nature, feel more relaxed, and walk and talk at their own pace. Clients can also opt to take breaks to fit their needs during the session. The therapist and client walk alongside each other during the therapy session to help the client reach their desired goals. The initial intake for a walk and talk therapy is performed virtually.
Virtual Therapy-Therapy is provided on a HIPPA compliant platform. This therapy provides easy access for the client to meet with the therapist.
Workshops/Training/Groups-Trainings, groups, and workshops are provided and tailored to the need of your program or organization. Various topics include Self-Care, Boundaries, Wellness, Emotional Management, Client Engagement, Healthy Relationships, Anxiety Management, Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution, and many more.
Curriculum development/ Program Development- Design and implement clinical interventions curriculum development and provide clinical guidance for groups, individuals, and programs. Conduct needs assessments and establishes programming priorities and development of program policies.
